When do you accept consignments?
We accept consignments Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or any other time by appointment.
How can I schedule an appointment?

Do I have to bring my items to you?
Often it is convenient for you to come to us. However, we understand if you cannot or if you have items that are too big to transport yourself. It’s okay, we make house calls. Call or e-mail us to schedule an appointment.
What is your buyer’s premium?
We charge a 18% buyer’s premium. We have a 3% discount for cash or check. Please note that internet bidders are required to pay with a credit card or through PayPal and can expect to pay the full buyer’s premium. Internet Buyers Premium is 21%.
Do you charge a sales tax?
Yes, we charge a 5.5% State of Maine sales tax on top of your purchase for in-state buyers. Sales tax may be waived with a valid dealer resale or tax id.
What time do your auctions begin?
Our auctions are typically on a Wednesday's and begin at 5:00 PM. Occasionally this day and or time will change, but rest assured that we try and alert you to any changes or irregularities in our auction schedules.
When can I preview an auction?
Our preview for all sales is Monday-Wednesday from 9:00 – 4:00 PM.
Do you accept absentee bids? (sometimes referred to as proxy or left bids)
Yes. We accept absentee bids on any and all items in our auctions. You can submit an absentee bid by calling us at 207-602-1504 or sending us an e-mail.
Can I place a live phone bid?
Yes. We can schedule a live phone bid for you on any lot(s) or item(s) in our auctions. An experienced member of our staff will call you during the auction, prior to your item coming up, to execute the bidding at your command.
An item that I want to bid on isn’t up for online bidding. Can I still bid on it?
Yes. If there is an item that you would like to place an absentee bid on, but you don’t see it up for online bidding, please give us a call at 207-838-6896 or 207-602-1504 or send us a message.
How soon after selling an item(s) do consignors get paid?
Payment is expected within 10 days of the sale. Payment is made to consignors within 30 days of the sale.
